In seeking authority to create the Conservatorship, the person bringing the matter before the Court (see "petitioner" in the next section) will choose to seek a Conservatorship of the Person, of the Estate or both of the Person and Estate. Ultimately, however, regardless of what is originally sought, the Judge hearing the matter decides what type to order.

 



Ultimately, the Judge decides.
